Steps to get access to MyGate (APRP3C)

MyGate - MyGate app makes place secure and more convenient for residents. As a resident you authorize the visit, MyGate authenticates the visitor and the guard approves entry of the visitor. With loads of convenient features it enhances your community living experience and makes it secure.

You cannot get approval on MyGate if you are not approved on ApnaComplex portal yet.

If you still are not approved on ApnaComplex, please follow the instructions in https://aprc-p3.blogspot.com/?m=1 to apply for approval to ApnaComplex. Once approval on ApnaComplex is granted, you may apply for MyGate access. 

Following are the steps to request access to MyGate.

1. Download the MyGate App from the Apple iStore or Google Playstore depending on whether your smartphone is Apple or Google android based.

      2. Open the installed App and perform the follow the instructions below. You will get a OTP (One-time-password) notification before you begin installation.

 Afterwards, Click “Sign up” if you are new to MyGate and enter your full name (First and Last) and a valid email id. Ensure you full name is the same as the one registered on ApnaComplex. Click on the Agree to the terms & conditions check box and click “Sign Up” button.      

3. Once done, you will see the myGate app screen as sample below and a button to “Add Flat/Villa”. Click on that “add” button.

      4. Follow the screen shot below to choose Bangalore and APR Phase 3. Choose the building/tower/flat/unit correctly and request access.

5   5. If you are an owner, select the option "Owner of flat". If you are the only tenant and responsible for paying the full rent, select the option "Renting the flat". If you are sharing the apartment with other tenants and sharing the rental, select option "Renting the flat with other tenants". 

  

Note: The request for access will be rejected if any of the 3 conditions below are not met - 

           - Approved and registered on ApnaComplex
           - The registered name on ApnaComplex is the same as the one in the MyGate request.
           - The resident status in ApnaComplex and MyGate is the same. E.g. Owner or Tenant.
